City of Clinton, Minnesota
The City of Clinton is currently reviewing and updating several City ordinances. Proposed amendments and revisions are being considered for the following ordinances:
- Ordinance 4-13(II)(1)(h) – Water & Sewer
- Ordinance 26-02 – Nuisance Property
- Ordinance 26-03 – Junk Vehicles (2026)
The purpose of these updates is to clarify existing regulations, improve enforcement procedures, and ensure the ordinances continue to meet the needs of the community.
The proposed ordinance amendments will be reviewed and discussed by the Clinton City Council at upcoming council meetings. Residents are encouraged to attend and provide comments during the public discussion process.
Copies of the proposed ordinances will be available for public review at the Clinton City Office and on the City’s website when finalized for consideration.
